The name is official; the material isn't yet — and that's exactly why the list exists. Construtora Diagonal has announced the official name — Flow Cumbuco — but has not yet released images, floor plans, specifications or the price list. The land is being contracted and the project still depends on technical studies and on the legal registration of the development.
About the images: all visuals on this page are purely illustrative and belong to other developments. They are here only to convey the intended standard and visual language — none of them represents the architecture of the Cumbuco project. An address Cumbuco was waiting for.
Diagonal arrives at the most sought-after stretch of the beach with a project designed for two profiles that compete for the same square metre today: those who want a real second home on the coast, and those who want an asset that works all year round.
Almost 30,000 m² of land with a wide strip facing the sea, next to Wai Wai Eco Residence, on a stretch already established by resorts, high-end condominiums and tourist demand twelve months a year.

Yes. Foreign citizens can buy urban property in Brazil, such as apartments, in their own name. You will need a CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number), which can be requested at a Brazilian consulate or online — our team guides you through every step.
How do I pay from abroad?
Payments are made by international bank transfer through a foreign-exchange contract with a Brazilian bank, which keeps the investment documented. The payment plan will be announced at launch.
Can I buy without travelling to Brazil?
Yes. We assist you remotely by video call and WhatsApp, in English or French, and the paperwork can be signed digitally or through a power of attorney.
Are the images on this page of the development?
The architectural visuals are not — no official image of the project has been released yet, and all photos of façades, amenities and interiors on this page belong to other developments, serving only to convey the intended standard. The location map is the exception: it shows the real position of the site on Cumbuco's beachfront. As soon as Diagonal releases the official images, they will replace these, and those on the list will receive the material first.

Rental rules will be defined in the condominium bylaws. The product profile and location are compatible with short-term rental, subject to the development's rules.
